What will you be doing?Barclays Services LLC seeks MIS Lead in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):
Support the individual functions of the US Consumer Bank Operations with robust reporting, analytics and insight.
Specialize in transforming and modernizing the visual reporting catalogue with migration of legacy reporting products.
Utilize key analytical tools and processes to drive operational efficiency and a strong focus on Customer Experience.
Execute on key automation opportunities to deliver insight into the hands of our external and internal stakeholders quickly.
Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of operations, controls, policies, and procedures.
Explore opportunities for Care, Collections, and Operational Rigour business areas to support customer demand.
Help define business cases when implementing new technologies or processes.
Assess and communicate risks to Departmental Leadership to ensure that project goals and objectives are being met.

Purpose of the role
To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources.
Accountabilities
Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
Assistant Vice President Expectations
