Join Four Hands' Strategic Program Management team as a Project Manager to own the execution of strategic initiatives and projects within the organization. The Project Manager should be a proactive individual who is capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement and has the ability to leverage relationships across all levels to drive positive change throughout the company. This role will support complex projects that impact business initiatives and will work closely with our technology teams, third-party partners, process owners, and executive leadership teams.
In This RoleDirect large-scale projects from end to end which includes project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.Manage the balance of scope, time, and resources and lead the implementation of new organizational processes.Liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated and align with team objectives.Establish and execute a comprehensive communication plan to manage communications among various stakeholders within the organization.Gather and draft requirements across teams and communicate schedule and changes to all stakeholders in a proactive manner.Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries and distribute to project teams.Plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals, and to track project tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines utilizing appropriate tools.Monitor task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and develop mitigation plans.Allocate resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjust allocations when necessary.Report, analyze, and resolve issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations; ensuring that stakeholders' questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly.Identify impacted business processes and implement process optimization, improvements, and modernization initiatives where appropriate.Support change management by developing and maintaining consistent policies and procedures pre, during, and post-implementation.Perform post-project reviews to ensure achievement of business objectives and identify patterns, trends, and challenges.Drive alignment with key stakeholders and the Executive leadership team to achieve initiative objectives; recommending decisions as needed.Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team.Other duties as assigned by Management.
The Ideal PersonBachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of relevant Project Management experience.PMP, CSM, or other Project Management certification is a plus.Agile and/or Six Sigma certification/experience a plus.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.Results and goal-focused approach to project management and integration workstreams.Ability to easily earn trust across all levels of an organization, creating alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders with diverse priorities.Highly proficient in active listening and written/verbal communication, as well as meeting facilitation – clear, concise, and organized.Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams or projects.Ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and use good judgment in stressful situations; ability to make on-time decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.Ability to present information in different forums and with all/multiple levels of leadership.Ability to work independently, as well as brainstorm and collaborate as part of a team.Positive attitude, ability to work well and fast under pressure, exceptional customer service.
