As a member of the team, you will:
Work closely with the product team and other AWS teams to deliver on the team’s technical visionInfluence technical strategy to build products developers will loveDrive team discussions on system architecture and component designLead development and launch of core features and productsParticipate in all stages of the software development cycle, including design and development of significant new architectures and featuresParticipate in estimation and sprint planningMentor junior team membersConduct interviews and help hire great talent for the teamBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent- Experience with ES6- Experience with AWS- Appetite and enthusiasm to work with new technologies- Keen interest in staying current with the latest trends and techniques in the industry- Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices- AWS product experience and development using the AWS platform- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Eagerness to adopt a lead role in mentoring and developing others- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.Posted:
