$50,000 - $55,000Position Overview:Project Renewal has a great opportunity to support our cause by providing technical support to our staff. Working with a great team, you will develop technical skills working in an enterprise, cloud-native environment. Project Renewal’s IT Helpdesk Support Specialists on the IT Helpdesk team handle most of our user support requests. This role provides exceptional customer support service over the telephone, via remote connections, and in person.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support by phone and in-personAssist with the development of and adherence to IT proceduresParticipate in on-call after-hours rotation scheduleEnforce information technology policies including ensuring adherence to funder requirementsWork with users to elicit the objectives behind their request and provide great customer serviceMaintain a clean and well-organized work environmentStay current with technology trends and continuously develop technical skillsWork on tasks and projects as assigned by supervisorQualifications:Experience providing desktop user support in an MS Windows environmentExceptional customer service skillsExcellent collaboration skills and team-oriented approachStrong written and verbal communications skillsDesirable Experience:CompTIA A+, Network + or other technical trade certificationStrong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, and ExcelPrior technical training, education, or course workAll newly hired Project Renewal staff must provide verification of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
