PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to client users as an IT Support member.Provide and manage client IT support operation related documents.Understand and follow client’s requests and instructions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide support service at the service operation time, instructed by the client and/or company management.Be standby at the client operation site before service operation time starts.Be at the client operation site in clothing instructed by the client and/or company management.Maintain proactive communication with client and company management.Understand requirements and instructions from company management and provide service based on them, including BYOD.Read and understand any company-provided documents and training.Submit required reports and attend requested meetings and training courses.Mentor and train new team members if necessary.Follow team manager’s requests/instructions to operate the IT operation support team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Very flexible mindset & challenging personality against sudden changes in requests/workflow/rules/responsibilities/environment.Toughness & strong motivation to complete heavy workloads.Strong motivation to reach goals.3 years of experience in user operation support.Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.SKILLS:
Team-oriented personality.Excellent English writing and speaking skills.Excellent communication skills.Windows-based LAN/WAN/Remote Access Support Experience.Extensive knowledge of various business software; Windows OS, Office Suites, Adobe Acrobat, WebEx.Manage and troubleshoot experience with iOS-based devices, Conference Systems, MS Surface, and HP laptops.Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work at customer’s office locations in metropolitan New York or hybrid.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Hold and carry items weighing up to 20lbs.TRAVEL:
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work after business hours, including weekends and national holidays if required.
