The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.This is your opportunity to join our Fortune #40, Best Places to Work company and help us make a difference as we help our members achieve their best health!The Lead Solutions Architect:Translates business needs into technical systems solutions.Builds digital, omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern.Builds solutions like patterns with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system.Builds highly scalable, secure microservices in a cloud agnostic way.Builds and ensures security within digital experiences utilizing authentication, and authorization/access management.Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system.Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology fieldPrior project lead experienceStrong expertise in building omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern.Strong expertise in building solutions like patterns with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system.Strong expertise in software development and cloud infrastructure blueprinting/provisioningExperience working with and building CI/CD pipelinesStrong expertise in UI, including Vue.js, Angular, and/or ReactStrong expertise in mobile, including React Native and/or FlutterStrong expertise in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong expertise in back-end, including .NET, Java, and/or NodeStrong expertise in Kubernetes and/or DockerStrong expertise in OAuth2.0 and/or OIDC, including authentication and authorization/access managementPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldLocation/Work Style:

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $139,500 - $192,000 per year.
