We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining authentication systems, overseeing role-based access control (RBAC), handling identity lifecycle management, and implementing solutions for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain authentication systems.Oversee role-based access control (RBAC).Handle identity lifecycle management.Implement solutions for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.CISSP certification preferred.Expertise in Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and PowerShell scripting.Preferred Skills:Strong understanding of security best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.Location:Grand Rapids, MIIn-officeThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
