Senior JAVA Engineer

This is a hybrid position that requires being at a client site every Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. The client site is located in Tyson Corner Virginia.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled technical lead, Full Stack Engineer with JAVA to join our team and contribute to the development of a robust and efficient system. The position is hybrid with some on-site client meetings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining microservices, particularly those integrated with AWS services.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent work experience10 years of experience in Design and Development of Applications and Web Services using the Java Spring and Angular technologies.Implement microservices architecture to handle events triggered by various actions such as consent closure, denial, etc.Expose Lambda functions as RESTful APIs using API Gateway.10 years of experience in designing enterprise-grade applications using Object Oriented Analysis and Design. Produce high quality design artifacts that cover all aspects of sound architecture.Ability to independently perform all developer duties from Analysis to deployment to post-production defect fixing.UI frameworks experience, e.g., Angular, and jQueryExperience in configuring and tuning applications on WebLogic Server or any standard JEE container.Extensive use of Eclipse or IntelliJ (with commonly used plug-ins and debug techniques)Experience in creating SQL, XQuery and Stored Procedures, performance tuning of Database queries.Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, etc.Familiarity with deployment tools such as AWS SAM or AWS Code Pipeline.Proficiency in Java Spring Boot for backend developmentKeys to Success in this Role:High energy and hardworking individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potentialPassionate about trying new solutionsAccepts a culture of trust and complete visibilitySeen as a keen learner within the technical components of the domains/productsUnderstand technical standard methodologies to support Agile developmentPassionate to learn new technologies and strives towards multi-functional developmentExperience in Agile Development, as a Full-stack developer (or similar) experience preferredExperience in Modern Delivery is a plusAdditional Requirements:Authorized to work in the
