Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Initiation
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and manage these deliverables throughout the life cycle of the project.
Project Execution
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and mitigate risks.Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in and initiate equipment design process.Responsible for timely procurement of selected services/equipment within project scope.
Technical Expertise
Apply pharmaceutical industry knowledge to provide technical guidance and problem-solving.Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project goals align with technical requirements.Review and analyze technical data to make informed decisions.
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to your manager.Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners.Resolve conflicts and address issues as they arise.
Resource Management
Manage project budgets and expenditures.Identify and recommend process improvements.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and technical records.Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management.Complete required paperwork and forms driven by SOPs within the scope of the project including equipment registration, tag numbering and project close out.
Safety and Quality Assurance
Promote a culture of safety and quality within the project team.Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.Project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Background in automation or qualification is a plus.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project.Strong analytical and technical aptitude.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.Benefits
