Join us as we continue to fight climate change.SummaryPosition objective is to manage and oversee assigned projects for the design, development, manufacture, delivery, and installation of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) catalysts in stationary combustion systems such as utility, industrial boilers, and gas turbines for maximum NOx reduction. These are complex projects, which require ongoing interaction and coordination between the Service Engineer and all departments within Cormetech, as well as direct interaction with the customer. Provide ongoing direct interaction with customers to assure projects conform with contract requirements, preparing and submitting catalyst replacement proposals, on-site catalyst replacement (turnkey) proposals, catalyst management services, and support account managers in these responsibilities.What you'll be doingRelationship management of core strategic customersImplementation of alliance contracts for catalyst and servicesPromote teamwork within Cormetech organization to achieve customer requirementsRisk management of performance warranties for managed contractsReporting of contract status and deliverables for contracts as assignedCustomer presentationsTechnical support to the Commercial team, as neededAccurate and timely invoicing/collection of earned revenue against contractExpansion of base contracted services and products for alliance contractsParticipate in scheduled Commercial Review meetingsApplication engineering, including occasional proposal preparation/submittals and communications with account managers or directly with customers for new salesRequirementsCore Competencies:Technical BS Degree, preferably EngineeringMinimum of three, preferably five, years of experience in managing multiple projects in an engineering or manufacturing environment and/or minimum three years of direct Production or Field experience at Cormetech.Preference for Project Management certification.Ability to manage multiple projects effectivelyAbility to lead and mentor teams assigned to various projectsStrong technical aptitudeAbility to manage project accounting across resources (in-house resources, contract vendors, etc.)Thorough knowledge of contract review and termsOrganizational and financial management skillsThe Requirements:Ability to travel typically 25% but may be up to 35%May require extended periods to support project field workResults oriented / Accomplishment drivenCustomer drivenDemonstrated interpersonal skills (listening, speaking, and gathering information)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project (or similar software), MS Teams, and AccessAs a team member at Cormetech you’ll enjoy:Benefits are provided on the first day of hire.
