We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst with strong Power BI and/or Workday experience, specializing in people analytics with a focus on recruiting, engagement, attrition prediction, and other workforce trends. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose strategies to gather and analyze action-oriented data to inform decision-makingIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; create engaging and insightful data visualizations that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityLeverage new tools, processes, and methodologies to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques on an ad hoc and recurring basisCreate methodologies and build tools to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsProactively troubleshoot data quality issues by identifying the root cause of data discrepancies and determining and implementing recommendations for resolutionIdentify, define, and quantify process improvement opportunitiesQualifications

Required

At least 5 years of data analysis work experience including data management, transformation, and visualizationExperience with reporting packages (Microsoft SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports, etc.) and industry leading BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BIExperience with SQL and RDBMS databasesExperience analyzing large datasets from ETL frameworksExperience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)Experience with relational and NoSQL database systemsPreferred
