More specific duties include: roadway geometrics, drainage, development of plans, construction estimates, subsurface utility engineering, and coordination of utilities. Other responsibilities will include providing assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations. Proficiency with ArcGIS, OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, and/or Geopak roadway design software is a plus.Preferred Qualifications

Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.Good team player with great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Minimum 1 year doing highway and roadway design preferred.Preference given to local candidates.Required Qualifications

Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with Highways and Roads engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil3D.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture is a must.What We BelieveHDR is our company.
