This position performs desktop and network support to local area network users and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with technology and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:Analyzing and coordinating resolution of hardware, software, and network communication problemsAssisting with planning and designing of office network layoutsEvaluating the effectiveness of hardware, software, and communication performanceResearching and recommending improvements and solutionsInstalling and maintaining an inventory of computers and electronic equipmentProviding training and support to peers and other teamsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:One (1) year work-related experience communicating verbally and/or in writing, guiding end users through computer related inquiries.One (1) year work-related experience with supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.Two (2) years of work-related experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining, or troubleshooting computer hardware/software.Two (2) years of work-related experience troubleshooting and handling Windows 10 or 11 in an enterprise environment.PREFERENCES:A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in Information Technology.SPECIAL NOTES:This role is eligible for part time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.This position requires the ability to install and maintain computer equipment with the ability to bend, stoop and kneel in awkward positions and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations.This position has a standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.This position requires the applicant to be willing work as part of a team and be willing to learn and improve current skills.This position may require you to work outside your regular work schedule, should there be a business need to do so.SALARY:
$21.79 / Hourly.BENEFITS:
