ResponsibilitiesConceptualize design, implement, and develop a solution for complex/ programs independentlyCodes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related toolsExecutes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.Document system builds and application configurations; maintain and update documentation as neededProvide support for IT Network and Systems infrastructure including day-to day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for corporate officesSupport implementation of addition, deletions, upgrades and modifications to organization's IT infrastructureProvide support diagnosing and resolving any potential network and hardware issuesAssist in administering Cisco VoIP phone systemAssist end users through Help Desk ticketing systemQualifications
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferredAbility to work comfortably in UNIX a LinuxExperience with SQL and relational databasesExperience with Java or other programming languages preferredExperience developing desktop or server-side applications or software for embedded systemsFamiliarity with hardware & software installations, updates & upgradesExperience in Microsoft Office 365 administrationKnowledge of Cisco Switches/ Routers and VoIP system is a plusBasic TCP/IP network connectivity troubleshootingExperience with server virtualization and SAN knowledge a plusFully on-siteWage50K- 90K (DOE)Additional Information
