is looking to add an experienced

Business Intelligence Developer

to our dynamic ADVANA team. The BI Developer will be integral in creating data models and dashboard visualization solutions that help teams execute mission-critical work. This role is specific to the DC Metro area.Job Responsibilities:

Define technical requirements and implement changes in BI projects.Support the design and development of data models.Develop & maintain data visualizations, charts, and dashboards for end-users.Stay updated with BI product enhancements and best practices, ensuring BI standards are maintained.Optimize system performance through regular assessments and action plans.Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure excellence in objectives and deliverables.Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Must possess Secret clearance or higherBachelor's degree in a related fieldProficiency in database systems, SQL queries, and programming languages like R or PythonMinimum of 3 years' experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)3+ years of experience building complex data models and dashboardsStrong communication skills, detail-oriented mindset, and commitment to high-quality outcomesResidency in the DC Metro area with availability to work onsite in Crystal City, VA and Alexandria, VA for 2-3 days per weekPreferred Qualifications:

Prior experience within the DoD or IC sectorPrevious experience with the ADVANA technology stackTS/SCI PreferredOverview
