Associate Application Engineer

Job Description:We are looking for a talented and motivated New College Graduate Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, hands-on project experience, and a passion for hardware design and development. As a hardware engineer, you will work on various aspects of hardware development, including design, testing, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design and development of hardware systems, components, and products.Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, system engineers, and product managers.Participate in the creation of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.Support the manufacturing and production teams in resolving hardware-related issues.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design.Familiarity with any of the PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, ORCAD etc).Basic knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller programming.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Internship or project experience in hardware design and development.Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.Understanding of industry standards and protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet).Some experience with simulation and modeling tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).Personal Attributes:Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.Application Requirements:Updated resume highlighting relevant coursework, projects, and experience.Cover letter explaining your interest in hardware engineering and why you are a good fit for this position.Any relevant certifications or completed courses.
