ContractorsJob DescriptionSummary:Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified Curriculum Development Team Lead for Master Resilience Training/Training Center Support (MRT/TCS) to support to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G9, Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) for the purpose of increasing the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, Families, and Department of the Army Civilians, Department of the Defense Personnel, Contractors supporting R2 Programs, United States (US) Government Agencies, and Allied Forces.DPRR ensures the training programs, services, and tools offered complement one another, are not duplicative, are outcome based, and are standardized across the Army to include the reserve components. Furthermore DPRR ensures that all training have demonstrated effectiveness, applying accepted methodology with scientifically demonstrated effectiveness.Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:Shall lead and provide curriculum development expertise for resilience and performance enhancement-based curriculum using the ISD/ADDIE model/process and DOD/Army curriculum development standards.Shall manage the five phases of curriculum development IAW with industry standards and applicable regulations.Shall perform curriculum revisions, conduct and review of pilot content, lead and perform adaptations to curriculum which may include development of new learning materials.Curriculum developers shall lay the framework for the curriculum to be executed regularly within units and R2 Performance Centers.May be required to assist other DPRR owned programs with curricula development in a supporting role, such as reviewer, editor, or advisor.Shall be responsible for uploading and maintaining the curriculum library on the designated Government information system.Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Must possess, at a minimum, a Master’s degree in a field of instructional design, curriculum and instruction, education (with a focus on curriculum and instruction), or equivalent field.Must have at least ten years of experience in curriculum development.Must have five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.Must have five years of experience in leading a curriculum development team.Clearance:
