What You’ll Do
The Principal Product Manager will oversee the strategy, development, and successful execution of our B2B product lines. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong technical background and a customer-first mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching the markets, gathering customer insights, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that meet the evolving needs of our business customers. Other responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain comprehensive product strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring products meet quality, budget, and timeline targets.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, understand competitor strategies, and gather deep customer insights to inform product decisions.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product outcomes.
Develop compelling business cases for new products or enhancements, articulating value propositions and ROI to secure executive and cross-departmental support.
Prepare and present high-impact presentations to executive leadership to influence strategy and gain buy-in for product initiatives.
Create and deliver training materials to the sales team, inspiring and equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and support the product line.
Define and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and improve product success.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve product offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and business impact.
Regularly track and report on partnership performance, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
What You’ll Need to be Successful
8+ years in product management, preferably in technology or related B2B sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies.
Strong technical acumen with a background in technology accessories or similar products.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of product line P&L’s and how to maximize ROI and profitability.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.
