In this role, you will help customers solve their more demanding challenges via technology, modernization, transformation processes, and proven methods and solutions. As part of a creative, forward-thinking team, you will help shape solutions to make the world safer, healthier, and more efficient. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will work on developing solutions for Leidos customers, participating in the new business development, and provide strategic engineering support for our salesforce development teams. In addition to this, you will provide salesforce engineering subject matter expertise in the development of optimal and differentiated Leidos solutions to be delivered on programs, in proposals, or on research and development projects.THE MISSIONLeidos Health gives our customers confidence that they can deliver what matters most to their beneficiaries, time after time. Begin your journey of a flourishing and meaningful career, share your resume with us today!Primary Responsibilities:Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirementsEnsure all Salesforce solutions adhere to government security requirements such as FEDRAMP, IL4+, ATO, and other relevant security standardsIntegrate Salesforce with other systems and COTS productsReview solutions and recommend improvementsMust have previous experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum, SAFe or KanbanOwn the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Health, Service, and platform solutionsDescribe and illustrate designs with appropriate justificationsEnsure documentation of the steps for testingSupervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applicationCollaborative project and workstream planningSupport BD and Proposal efforts for US Government ClientsWHAT SETS YOU APART:BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domainAt least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projectsAt least one of the following Salesforce certifications:
Service Cloud ConsultantOmniStudio Consultant
Experience implementing Salesforce Health cloud solutions for healthcare customersExcellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when onlineA self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streamsExcellent relationship-building skillsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trendsAbility to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levelsAbility to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidenceA strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategyExcellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionalsMust be US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust ClearanceYOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:Salesforce Designer certificationsSalesforce Architecture certificationsActive in the Salesforce communityOriginal Posting Date:
