We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team, overseeing a growing number of security installation projects for Federal Government clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management and security systems, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across diverse teams. This position involves the management of all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and proposal support to final execution and delivery.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within security installations or parallel trades (network infrastructure, construction, audiovisual, etc.).Proficient in access control, CCTV, and IDS design and installation processes.Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; familiarity with MS Access is a plus.PMP Certification is preferred but not required.Responsibilities:
Manage multiple security installation projects, ensuring successful delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.Collaborate with engineering, proposal, and project management teams to support Federal Government clients.Lead site assessments for access control, CCTV, and IDS installations to deliver comprehensive proposals.Interface with project stakeholders and various trades to oversee and coordinate project deliverables.Facilitate high-level negotiations and drive process improvements across the project lifecycle.Track project milestones, status, and budget, maintaining accurate records and reporting to leadership.Monitor and resolve issues proactively, ensuring proper escalation processes.Develop project schedules using MS Project and provide timely updates on progress.Communicate effectively with upper management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all phases of the project.
$90,000 - $105,000 a year
