Praescient Analytics is seeking a talented

Senior ETL Architect

that will lead the effort to design, build and configure applications. This role will support the Return Review Program (RRP), a mission-critical, automated system that is part of the IRS’s tax processing pipeline component which detects and selects potentially fraudulent returns to prevent/stop the issuance of invalid refunds. RRP maintains an integrated data warehouse that stores return data and taxpayer information for data mining, runtime scoring, scheme development and research. The successful candidate possesses strong organizational skills to create and maintain source to target documentation and a strong technical acumen needed for

Informatica

development.

This position can be supported

remotely.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:

Analyze source to target data definitions and develop high-quality Informatica mappings and workflows based on business transformations rules and Informatica best practices.

Identify source data definitions and data quality gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.

Work closely with Data Modeler and DBA for Target Data Model changes to support ETL requirements.

Support ETL Testing and resolve testing defects.

Required Qualifications:

Active IRS MBI Clearance required.

7+ years working with specified software language as a developer.

3+ years using Rational Team Concert or equivalent toolset.

Demonstrated Control-M experience (for ETL developers).

Hands on Greenplum or similar Database Experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.

Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
