As a
Salesforce Administrator , you must have at least 2-5 years of experience. You will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.In this role, you will ensure that Salesforce is tailored to meet the evolving needs of the organization, maintaining data integrity, security, and providing user support and training. Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and possess excellent technical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and modifying objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows.Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and licenses.Implement and manage security settings, including user access, data visibility, and sharing rules.Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations.Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform.- Data Management:Import, update, and maintain data within Salesforce.Ensure data quality through validation rules, workflow rules, and data cleansing processes.Implement and manage data backup and recovery strategies.- User Support and Training:Provide technical support to Salesforce users, addressing their queries and issues promptly.Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation to promote effective use of Salesforce.Encourage best practices and adherence to data governance policies among users.- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within Salesforce.Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business processes.Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively.- Project Management:Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, and execute projects.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, functionalities, and best practices.Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.Experience with data integration tools and APIs (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft).Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder).Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.Knowledge of CRM processes and best practices.Relocation:
