Our success will be built on amazing colleagues, working together.Job OverviewThe Senior Manager, Target & Customer Journey Analytics Solutions leads a team of Target Developers within the Customer Data Systems team. This manager drives the successful delivery of customized experience strategies across the websites and other touchpoints for Macy's and Bloomingdale's, while developing measurement solutions for personalization journeys. In this position, the Senior Manager guides configuration workflows, administers and operates Adobe Target and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and executes the tactical strategy for the continued success of these platforms. This role also involves imparting best practices, supporting enhancements, and troubleshooting issues across experiences and integrations.What You Will DoDrive the development of multi-channel campaigns using Adobe Target.Prioritize and define requirements for large, complex development projects in a rapidly evolving business environment.Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to execute the desired testing and personalization strategy.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration and integration issues.Partner with analytics teams to measure performance across customized site experiences.Diagnose and address technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences.Coordinate technical efforts with IT partners, site management, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of testing and personalization initiatives.Consult on and implement site merchandising experiences and content, including countdown timers, pre-order messaging, and copy bullet points.Document and share best practices, process optimizations, and prioritization strategies for using Adobe Target across various organizational touchpoints.Provide ad-hoc training sessions for analysts.Skills You Will NeedProject Management:

Strong ability to prioritize and define requirements for large, complex development projects in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Skills:

Experience partnering with analytics teams to measure performance across customized site experiences and diagnose technical issues.Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and interpret business and technical documents.Stakeholder Management:

Highly organized and responsive to stakeholders, with experience collaborating with upstream and downstream teams.Vendor Coordination:

Experience working with third-party technology vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure project success.Requirements Gathering:

Proven skills in capturing and executing business and functional requirements, including the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively to product and engineering teams.Ownership and Accountability:

Demonstrated ability and desire to take ownership of products and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.Training and Development:
