Community Outreach Coordinator , you will play a key role in growing our elder law firm by expanding our community presence and fostering partnerships with essential organizations. Your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and community centers will ensure that we are the go-to resource for families and seniors who need help navigating the complexities of elder law.Responsibilities

Relationship Building and NetworkingEstablish and nurture relationships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, senior centers, and other organizations that serve elderly clients.Attend and actively participate in community events, healthcare fairs, and industry networking meetings to increase awareness of our services.Represent our firm at professional organizations, including bar associations, healthcare alliances, and social services groups, to develop referral networks.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging your passion for networking and creating long-term partnerships.Community Outreach and EducationAct as the face of our law firm in the community by conducting presentations, workshops, and seminars on topics such as estate planning, Medicaid planning, long-term care, and guardianship.Organize and coordinate community events designed to raise awareness about elder law services and how our firm can support families and seniors.Create and distribute informational materials to key community contacts and senior care facilities.Social Media and Digital EngagementDevelop and manage engaging social media content, including posts, videos, and stories that highlight the firm’s services, success stories, and legal updates.Monitor and respond to community inquiries on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and responsive online presence.Use your creativity to find innovative ways to increase engagement with potential clients and referral sources online.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.Strategic Planning and ReportingWork with firm leadership to set outreach goals and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for community engagement.Track and analyze outreach efforts to ensure relationships and events are contributing to client growth.Provide feedback and insights from the community to help refine and improve service offerings and marketing strategies.Event Planning and CoordinationOrganize firm-hosted events such as seminars, community forums, and appreciation luncheons for referral partners.Coordinate sponsorships and attendance at relevant community and industry events.Manage logistics for all firm-related outreach activities, ensuring events run smoothly and effectively engage participants.Qualifications
