POSITION SUMMARYThe Enterprise Program Manager is a pivotal role within the Enterprise PMO (EPMO). The Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for establishing and enhancing project management standards and change management protocols ensuring alignment with Welch's strategic growth plans.This is not an IT related Program Manager - must have enterprise-wide project/program management experience.WHERE YOU'LL WORKThis role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key. Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Fridays being remote, flex days.WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop scope documents, create project plans, and stand up mechanisms to monitor and report the health of the program portfolio.Coordinate and drive day-to-day project execution to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the program.Lead business reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings to support best practices and reinforce the governance structure.Drive the interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to successfully execute projects within the program, including managing risks and schedule.Serve as the primary point of contact and collaboration bridge between the program team, EPMO, and other partner teams to ensure seamless communication, integration, and dependency tracking.Collaborate with teams to ensure that the project execution strategy will meet defined success criteria.Enforce best practices in project and change management to support program readiness.Make use of KPIs and data to help drive decision making across the cross-functional teams.Identify program and project risks, develop mitigation/contingency plans, and track progress.Identify resource and knowledge gaps and take necessary steps to highlight/remedy.Develop and ensure compliance with project management standards.Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide project management community of practice.Support enterprise portfolio reporting to the executive team.

WHO YOU ARE:Experienced program manager with demonstrated ability to deliver results, preferably with experience leading through a stage-gate, waterfall process.Adaptable across multiple project disciplines.Strong leader with strong business acumen and influencing skills.Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. Experienced addressing C-Suite, Peer Functional Groups, Suppliers, and Customer audiences.Skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Strong attention to detail.Proven ability to drive efficiency through continuous process improvements and innovative solutions.Action-oriented, accountable, and focused on overcoming obstacles to deliver results.Continuously challenges the status quo to drive improvement and development.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management field highly desired; MS/MBA is a plus.5-7 years direct project or program management experience.Experience desired in some combination of technical, engineering, agricultural/farm management, product development, management consulting, or program management.Multiple disciplinary experience is a plus.Experience working within a manufacturing company or complex supply chain environment; Agricultural or Food/Bev industry highly preferred.Presentation skills

- Must be proficient with PowerPoint and be comfortable developing and presenting to large groups including executive management either in person or over MS Teams.Reporting skills

- Must be proficient with Excel and be comfortable developing reports and supporting analysis.Project management skills

- Must be proficient with project management and PMO software tools (MS Project, Accolade, SmartSheet, Asana, JIRA, etc.) and business reporting tools (PowerBI).Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
