Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware and software issues, primarily during onboarding and offboarding.Readily available to chat or speak with new users to troubleshoot any connectivity/hardware issues.Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems, laptops, and other peripherals.Respond to and support requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and implement process improvements.Provide training and support to end-users on various software and hardware.Assist other IT personnel with other duties, as needed.Job Requirements
Experience with a help desk ticketing system.Ability to organize and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.Must be a self-starter and comfortable in high pressure situations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge
High school diploma required.Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, etc.) and common software applications.Familiarity with remote desktop tools and support software preferred.Benefits and Incentives
