Broadridge is hiring! This role’s primary responsibility is to oversee adoption of key features for Salesforce.com at Broadridge. This role will be the primary feature owner and work with the Platform Owner and Delivery Manager to document, test, and roll-out new modules. Responsibilities include engagement with business users, case management, data management, troubleshooting issues, finding areas of platform optimization, training, and driving adoption.
This is a front facing role to our customers (internal sales & service teams, cross-functional partners). Daily responsibilities include managing the case queue to ensure SLAs are met with our userbase, stakeholder management, user access and permissions, data and duplicate management, and compliance activities.
We are seeking candidates who are looking to join a fast-growing CRM program and are seeking to take ownership of various aspects of the Salesforce platform. Our team’s goal is to create scalable and innovative solutions, deliver best-in-class technology, and enable intuitive apps for business users. Success in this role will be based on your ability to channel your observations from working sessions or self-driven analysis into actionable tasks.
Candidate should possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skill and have strong oral and written communication skills. This role is considered a remote position; however, we are seeking candidates located on the East Coast.
Key Role Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the value proposition of Salesforce.com in context of business needs and relay consistent messaging to business audiences to encourage and reinforce best practices.
Support training and onboarding of business users to the system, drive adoption on existing apps and features.
Configure Salesforce according to approved solutions including but not limited to, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Quick Actions, Fields, Feature Settings, Lightning Apps, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Permissions, Custom Metadata Tables, Custom Objects, Groups, Queues, Record Types.
Conduct analysis and evaluation of materials and artifacts provided by the business.
Capture comprehensive meeting notes; author requirements based on workshops and conversations with stakeholders, business users; author and track user stories.
Author and maintain clear, complete, and well versioned documentation under guidance from senior architect and project leads.
Groom and prioritize backlog based on business requests and/or recurring observed issues.
Research Salesforce features, manage platform readiness for new SFDC releases.
Maintain Project Tracking tools to ensure real-time visibility into progress of project tasks and overall workstreams.
Maintain Configuration Workbooks and execute system audits and spot-checks.
Create and maintain user-facing documentation for training admins and business users.
Additional responsibilities and areas of coverage include:
Manage case queue.
User support and error troubleshooting.
User Login & Access Support.
Tracking user issues to inform new features and business user engagement opportunities.
Research and document current state functionality.
Host live new feature demos and Q&As.
Author and distribute release notes and feature announcements.
Maintain training-resources for business users.
Maintain training-resources for admins, including but not limited to administrative policies and frameworks, internal training documentation.
Execute QA testing for new features and platform changes.
Support Bulk Data Updates, recurring and one-off.
Experience/Qualifications
Salesforce.com Certification, preferably Platform App Builder and Salesforce Administrator, required.
Ability to contribute and support projects through the full lifecycle from inception through delivery and post-launch adoption.
Delivery of Salesforce.com automation and custom features that directly served a business need, experience leading 3+ transformative initiatives preferred.
Experience in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud core configuration, Flow Configuration, Data Loader, Excel required.
Experience with Sandbox Management, DevOps, Snapshots, SFDC Analytics, Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Project Management, Mobile, OwnBackup, Outlook Integration, Service Cloud, preferred.
Know when to apply Platform Events, SOQL, Talend, HTML, Apex, Javascript, LX web components and exposure or experience with the latest tooling for Salesforce.com optimization.
Experience with implementations supporting a SaaS/subscription-based business preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$105,000-$125,000 annually depending on experience.
Bonus Eligibility:
Annual bonus.
