The Senior Digital Optimization Testing Manager is a driving force behind A/B testing and personalization campaigns across all digital channels, constantly unlocking new opportunities for growth and business impact. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize groundbreaking customer experience improvements, using data-driven, iterative testing to bring them to life. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact optimization initiatives across web and mobile, providing expert guidance on campaign design, feasibility, and best-in-class testing methodologies. As a digital optimization authority, you'll deliver deep analysis and actionable insights that push the boundaries of customer engagement. Beyond leading individual campaigns, you'll champion company-wide standard methodologies, governance, and process innovation for A/B testing, leading the charge in developing advanced digital optimization capabilities. From advanced targeting and automation to machine learning, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, driving personalization that redefines how the company engages with its customers.We are offering this role at our Bellevue, WA and Herndon, VA HQs! We are enjoying a three day in office hybrid work schedule at all major HUBS!Job Responsibilities:

Plan & implement optimization and personalization digital campaigns, including the definition of test strategy, goals, return on investment, tracking metrics, sample size, and campaign duration in partnership with cross-functional partners from across the organization.Develop a testing roadmap to ensure campaigns are run on time and without conflict.Lead A/B testing process from intake to feasibility to creation to analysis to results and recommendations.Proactively communicate status of projects and handle deliverable/launch expectations with all team members.Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate success of optimization efforts, develop insights into customer behavior, and evaluate the effectiveness of optimization campaigns.Communicate the results of optimization program to a broad audience of customers and executives.Promote culture of testing and optimization within department and across the company.Evangelize the business value of Optimization/Personalization and its contributions to business goals and customer satisfaction.Drive process improvement across the organization with clearly articulated service level agreements and standardized practices.Proactively identify gaps/issues and work with business and technology partners to find solutions to issues.Optimization & Personalization subject matter authorities for big-moment campaigns, site migrations, and new platform & architecture development.Serve as a subject matter authority by maintaining a pulse on the latest issues, developments, and trends in Personalization and Digital Optimization.Opportunity to serve as mentor for Digital Optimization Testing Managers.Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Marketing, UX/design or other relevant degree.Work Experience:

7-10 years Experience in fast-paced, ever evolving, industry leader.7-10 years Running optimization projects from inception to completion for large scale e-commerce or content marketing sites.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to run multiple projects in highly-matrixed organizations, often with opposing priorities.Skilled in Agile, Kanban and Lean methodologies.Experienced in development and management of workforce management plans to ensure optimized resource utilization.Subject matter expertise in digital optimization methodology with solid understanding of statistics related to hypothesis testing.Strong analytical skills to measure, run, analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators.Highly skilled in the practical application of enterprise-wide Web Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.Advanced knowledge of Digital Optimization A/B testing tools (Adobe Target preferred).Experience working with websites, social media and e-mail campaign platforms; Strong knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce.Comfortable with web basics such as JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Angular, and HTML; Able to troubleshoot using Browser Developer tools.Travel:

Occasional opportunities to travel to Bellevue HQ if candidate is in Herndon, VA location.Minimum Requirements:

At least 18 years of age.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $105,000 - $189,300. Corporate Bonus Target: 20%. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.Benefits:
