Responsibilities:Identify, educate, and enroll qualified Aged, Blind & Disabled population individuals into the relevant Medicaid health insurance program.Assure that applications are accurately completed and adhere to submission deadline dates.Meet productivity and quality performance targets.Attend internal and external trainings and meetings.Understand overall eligibility requirements for government-sponsored health insurance programs.Maintain timely knowledge of government-sponsored health insurance program updates or changes.Assist with community outreach activities.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Must be bilingual in Chinese/Korean/Spanish and/or Bengali.Experience working in a human service or health-related setting in the Asian-American immigrant community.Experience using computers.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: $40,000 per year.Medical insurance.Employer-paid dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.403(b) retirement savings plan.Flexible spending accounts for transit, parking, health, and dependent care.Paid time off (28 days for the first year of employment).Employee Assistance Program.Tuition reimbursement for eligible employees.The Health Center is qualified for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.If you have any questions or need assistance completing the application process, please contact the HR Department at
