This position will be involved in the implementation of a Grants Management System using Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for best practices in Salesforce configuration, support, and troubleshooting duties for the Grants Management System application. Responsibilities include creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, assigning user profiles, permission sets, and related activities in Salesforce. This role may also involve the deployment of Salesforce solutions as needed. The Salesforce Administrator will make recommendations for improving processes and best practices based on analysis and will create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and maintenance of help-related materials for users. Additionally, the position will lead, organize, and maintain the security and efficiency of the Salesforce org while collaborating with other team members and management. This role oversees the production support of the Salesforce org and its environments.

6 years
of Salesforce administration or implementation experience (Required)
4 years
of experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies (Required)
3 years
of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management (Required)
Preferred knowledge
of application development, data, security, and prioritization in the Salesforce platform (Preferred)
Preferred experience
in Database/Analytics Systems development and deployment, as well as front-end visualization (Preferred)
Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification
