About the Role

As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will ensure new Large Law firm customers have a wonderful experience implementing and transitioning to LexisNexis. For 3 -6 months post-close, you will be the firm’s primary point of contact for all activities.

Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating new customer onboarding activities

Being the primary contact for all projects, issues and opportunities during the customer onboarding process

Diagnosing and resolving problems using internal resources and tools, business judgement and experience

Initiating escalation process for unresolved customer problems

Creating customized onboarding plan and documentation in conjunction with firms

Requirements

Have a Juris Doctor or equivalent legal experience

Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge

Be able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals

Be able to travel up to 20% of the time.

Demonstrate experience developing and executing on account plans and coordinating key stakeholders to positively impact clients

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
