Technical Success Managers harness their impressive people skills while working closely with business and technical teams during customer journeys to ensure successful product implementations of CloseSimple.Facilitate smooth, consistent standard implementations and testing procedures by product type and TPS.In conjunction with CSMs; prepare for, participate in, and occasionally lead calls with customers; asking the right questions and arranging the appropriate next steps, while ensuring continued alignment with customer expectations toward successful rollout and adoption of any product/feature sold.Provide informed guidance for standard and non-standard technical needs and requests.Provide feedback and solutions for continuously improving the technical experience, creation and
upkeep of associated documentation.Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams while
troubleshooting technical issues that arise with new and existing customers.Consistently meet deadlines and provide timely responses to internal and external inquiriesWhat Sets You Apart
RequirementsExperience working in a customer-facing implementation role, leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex processes / information in simple terms, and adapting communication style for different customers.Ability to be a key participant in several customer calls and Zoom meetings every dayThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn on the job, embrace challenges and change, and champion success as a unified team.Proactive approach toward researching, troubleshooting, and solving complex software issuesStrengths that include obsessive attention to detail, adaptability, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, proactivity, and time managementExperience working with Title software is a plus.What You Can Expect
