Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Hadoop Big Data Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to ongoing app enhancements, new deployments, and the development of new functions and capabilities within existing code repositories. Qualifications:Proficiency in Hadoop technologies including PySpark, HQL, and Python.Experience with Hadoop platform utilities like Hive, Oozie, Yarn, Impala, HDFS, Hbase, Hue, and Beeline.Strong Python and Shell programming skills (PySpark) with versions 2.7 and 3.0.Familiarity with DSP (Data Streaming Platform) tools such as Kafka Confluent.Knowledge of data science libraries (SciPy, Pandas), Deep Learning frameworks (Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and time series modeling.Bachelor's degree required; certifications noted in comments if possessed.Excellent soft skills including attention to detail, teamwork, and self-starting capabilities.
