As a key member of the Strategic Planning team, you will analyze various areas of the business, leading recommendations for senior leadership and track progress through implementation.Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:Serve as liaison between Sales, Operations, and Planning teams to identify focus areas, progress long-term strategies, and drive action plans.Own deliverables for leadership reviews, annual planning, and regular performance updates (WBR, MBR, forecast calls, etc.).Establish timelines, project plans, and expectations across various stakeholders.Automate and streamline reporting and performance updates through regular cadence of communications and/or interlocks with business and goal owners.Communicate in written and verbal form to senior leadership and also technical counterparts.Lead analytical projects focused on deep insights that enable goal and performance management decisions.Capture and structure data to meet reporting needs across the entire organization.Be the “source of truth” for each team’s performance and progress tracking.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.Experience presenting to senior leadership.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
