Lead sales incentive design for Global sales team(s).Engage in leadership discussions about sales strategy and sales incentives, influencing at high levels of the organization, using data analysis and compensation best practices, and ensuring agreements are reached.Act as an internal consultant to sales leadership on sales strategies, enabling these through incentive plan design and implementation.Orchestrate the sales incentives design process, ensuring partners and stakeholders participation, as well as timely decisions/conclusions, so downstream processes can be completed.Propose and present ideas effectively, in writing, influencing decisions, senior decision makers, and outcomes within tight timelines.Use data and analysis to model incentive plan effects and to make recommendations.Ensure sales incentive plans are implementable via tools, process, and controls.About the Team
