Responsibilities
Serves as department coordinator and SME for all software systems: eBuilder, Cartegraph, NovaTime, and CivicRec, as well as any other programs or systems that may be added.
Ensures the proper creation and workflow management for all eBuilder projects.
Runs statistical analysis and reports from all systems to ensure work is being completed and in a timely manner.
Provides statistical financial analysis to aid the Finance Division as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsREQUIRES
an accredited Master's degree in public or business administration, urban or regional planning, economics, organizational/development psychology, project management/or geography and 3 (OR an accredited Bachelor's degree and 5) years of professional experience in corporate/municipal finance, research, accounting planning, project/program management, or geographical information systems analytics.
