For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the Philippines.About the opportunityThe Salesforce Support (L1) will be part of the support function responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support & system administration for Salesforce. This support administrator will act as an interface between business owners, other internal stakeholders & technology in order to administer and enhance the system.The role of Salesforce will ideally reside in Manila, Philippines. This role will report directly to the IT Associate Manager for the Asia Pacific region.What you'll get to doProvide level 1 support to all end users on Salesforce.Ensure that support service levels are maintained.Manage the exception queue in Salesforce and ensure that cases are promptly transferred to the correct team.Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.Manage new business onboarding onto Salesforce & RPA platform & terminating customer de-activation.Manage Salesforce community's customer onboarding process.Deliver the continuous training program to all members of Dayforce.Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the business as needed.Liaise with other members of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence on various initiatives.Shift will be in Asia Pacific hours but be prepared to work in shifts EMEA/US only if there's a need.Skills and Experience we valueA Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.At least one year of experience in Salesforce or RPA.Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong problem solving, data and software applications skills.Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and declarative configuration is preferred.What’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
