Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking Cyber Software Engineers to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at our Cincinnati, Ohio location. The NGMS Cincinnati team develops new capabilities for our military, intelligence, and other government customers. We solve complex problems designing, developing, and testing cyber hardware and software solutions.Essential Functions:Responsible for the technical direction and execution of all aspects of offensive cyber engineering.Technical leader for the program engineering team and serves as technical advisor to the program manager.Primary technical point-of-contact to the customer.Coordinate across the program's Engineering team.Ensures that all engineering teams adhere to sound engineering processes, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience, a master's degree with 12 years of experience, or a PhD with 9 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields.U.S Citizenship is required.Active Top Secret Clearance is required.Experience leading technical teams and maintaining customer relationships.Experience in offensive cyber software/systems development, integration, and testing.Excellent communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree or PhD in STEM.Domain expertise in offensive cyber development.Understanding of DoD systems engineering requirements.Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:Medical, Dental & Vision coverage.401k.Educational Assistance.Life Insurance.Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions.Paid Time Off.Health & Wellness Resources.Employee Discounts.This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80.
