Senior UI/UX DesignerHYBRID Role - Newark, NJJob Description:As a Product Designer, you'll work in a multidisciplinary team, alongside researchers, experience designers, visual designers, and developers, to deliver world-class, human-centered products and services for the Company's Customer Office. Your role will involve:Understanding customer needs and identifying where separate interactions should come together to meet those needs.Arranging these separate interactions into rational user flows and digital touchpoints for the product.Looking for commonalities in activities across experiences where new product opportunities could be realized.Understanding the core Human Centered Design framework of an experience and designing targeted improvements to accommodate new and improved process refinements.Creating and rapidly iterating interactive prototypes in accordance with tasks, scenarios, and journeys.Identifying and designing new cross-functional design patterns and standards.Co-creating designs with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders.Putting forward new cases for design improvements with product managers.Communicating with detailed design and industry-backed decisions and representing all experience touchpoints.Engaging and aligning with all multidisciplinary teams across the customer office business.Running and leading Design Thinking, Lean Business Canvas workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative activities.Representing and championing Human Centered Design across the entire Company business.Analyzing failures within existing experiences and identifying root causes for those failures.Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within existing services.
