)The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Public Health and Safety Division, Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Bureau.The Systems and Data Analyst interprets program needs and ensures the section IT applications and system requirements are met. Other responsibilities include:Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of system enhancements;Analyzing data and communicating the results in narrative, quantitative and visual content as necessary;Serving as a liaison between bureaus, technology teams, and support staff;Overseeing system testing plans and testing teams and initiatives;Administering the security and accounts for all assigned applications.The Systems and Data Analyst oversees IT applications utilized by programs in the Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Bureau and supports data maintenance and querying of data systems. In addition, this position has significant knowledge of and considers interfacing Department subsystems and business processes.
