We’re seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in building and enhancing our collocated and cloud-hosted infrastructure, along with our customer-facing services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience managing enterprise-class applications and infrastructure. Proficiency in VMware, storage solutions (SAN, NAS), Windows Server, as well as solid expertise in network configuration and troubleshooting are essential for this role.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide ongoing management & support for Market Leader physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure.Define, build, and manage collocated and cloud-hosted network, server, virtualization, and storage infrastructure.Build, operate and maintain backup and monitoring tools.Partner with DevOps and Engineering teams to advise on product requirements and participate in release cycles.Troubleshoot production issues and engage with Engineering teams to find efficient solutions.Required Skills:Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive projects through to completion.7+ years of recent experience in infrastructure engineering.5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems.5+ years of experience with VMware vSphere in a production environment.3+ years of experience managing SAN & NAS infrastructure (e.g., Nimble, Qumulo).3+ years of experience managing server hardware infrastructure (e.g., Cisco UCS, Dell, HPE).3+ years of experience managing network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers).3+ years of experience managing public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).Working knowledge of and previous experience working with .NET web applications.Proficient in one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Python, etc.).Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills with experience using related tools.Experience with Active Directory and associated technologies (Group Policy, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos).Familiarity with Linux distributions (Red Hat/CentOS/Alma preferred).Desired Skills:Experience with various monitoring packages (e.g. Zabbix, Nagios, NewRelic, etc.).Experience working with infrastructure automation and DevOps tools (Puppet, Ansible, etc.).Familiarity with SQL, including the ability to write simple queries for data retrieval and troubleshooting.Market Leader Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Business Unit:

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.Other Compensation (US Only):

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan.Benefits (US Only):
