Patient Services Manager
to join the Senior Leadership Team at Southern Cross Hamilton Hospital. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Ward, Day Stay and Pre-admission departments, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.As Patient Services Manager, you will lead and support our dedicated team of amazing health professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. You will be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships with medical specialists while maintaining a financially sustainable service that delivers outstanding patient outcomes.A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Patient Services Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive the hospital's strategic goals, inspire enthusiasm, and remain agile in responding to market challenges.Southern Cross Hamilton Hospital is a state-of-the-art private surgical facility located in central Hamilton. We proudly serve the Waikato region, offering a comprehensive range of surgical specialties. Following extensive upgrades, our hospital now features seven fully equipped operating theatres, 60 inpatient beds, and a modern Day Surgery Unit. Our specialties include orthopaedics, gynaecology, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, and general surgery.Minimum Requirements
