ServiceNow Solutions ArchitectOn behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for a contract opportunity in Orrville, OH.Job DetailsThe ServiceNow Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.8+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.Knowledgeable with the ServiceNow platform suite.Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB and Knowledge.Experience with integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, SCOM, SMS Integration and other Infrastructure tools.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics.Familiar with ServiceNow scripting and security best practices.Competent in organizing, planning and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is desired.Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.Consults with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions.Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Perform productively at many levels, from the abstract world of enterprise architecture to the concrete day-to-day world of coding, in order to produce the final deliverable desired by the client.Design, implement, integrate and support ServiceNow platform solutions.Create documents that specify strategy, assessment, or design in a way that delivers obvious value to the client and is understandable by any stakeholder.Work closely with clients, subject matter experts and the client's team to understand requirements, establish priorities and project scope, and manage expectations and project delivery.Start Date:
