Lead SDN Network Engineer - Projects , you'll have the opportunity to work across a spectrum of network technologies, from traditional to software-defined and cloud-based infrastructures. You'll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier network solutions to our corporate clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. Our dynamic team operates on 8x5 shifts, focused on achieving excellence through seamless change management.
Daily challengesLeading projects from a technical perspective : planning, designing, configuring, and implementing network solutions for our corporate customers, across different vendor technologies;Collaborating and consulting
with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution;Planning and executing
normal, complex, routine, or emergency changes;Documenting and maintaining
configuration items in the CMDB, aligned with environment changes;Engaging in Change Advisory Board (CAB) / Technical Advisory Board (TAB) meetings
to provide feedback, approve/ decline changes, and determine the impact of planned changes on the customer environment;Investigating root causes
