SOA ArchitectOn behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a SOA Architect for a contract opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK.We are seeking an experienced Application Architect with experience designing and executing the approved solution to the .Net framework. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with IBM Mainframe technology and tools as a developer and designer and also possess a thorough knowledge of the .Net framework. The individual chosen for this assignment will be equally comfortable working in both the legacy mainframe and new technology (.Net) environments, have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), and have both hands-on development experience and design & architecture experience in a similar environment.Responsibilities:Create overall Batch Conversion Project planExecute Batch components assessment and create Architecture solutionConvert, test and migrate G081 Batch COBOL/JCL components from the IBM Mainframe to the .NET platform using automated tools and Jes2 emulation Software to produce the same functionalityAssist DISA to select and implement new Batch SchedulerAssure all reports continue to be generated as-is on the .NET platformAssist DISA to establish new printing solutions or select and implement new EOM softwareAdjust or replace with Functional equivalent current Interface (FTP, Queue, email, etc.)Installation and setup of .NET batch runtime software on DISA ServerSupport DISA during UAT and implementation phaseCreate Dynamic IMS and SQL data access layer for the in-scope batch COBOL programSOA Architect Mandatory SkillsSOA Architect Start Date:
