The Role

The Global Treasury Manager is an integral member of the Corporate Treasury Team and will oversee debt capital markets and foreign exchange including compliance with credit agreement, strategy and execution for addressing debt maturities, financing for acquisitions and proactive management of company's capital structure as well as creating and maintaining the company's foreign exchange program. Reporting to the Treasurer, this position requires strong analytical skills, strong attention to detail and critical thinking. The Treasury Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders (tax, legal, accounting, M&A) and external partners (including relationship banks, rating agencies, treasury service providers) across a variety of corporate treasury activities. The Treasury Manager will also support and provide back up for treasury operations area. This position will also provide support for capital allocation, board materials, WACC analysis and ad hoc analysis related to capital structure.

ResponsibilitiesOversee debt covenant compliance packageAssist Treasurer with capital structure planning and execution across all global subsidiariesStrategic management of upcoming debt maturitiesOversee debt administration activities including notices, interest payments, interest expense accrual reports, loan holder analysis and record keepingAssist with preparation of board materials and related analysisAssist with management of lender relationshipsCreate and maintain net interest expense and excess cash flow forecast and actualsPrepare monthly interest accruals and debt-related feesCollaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis team on treasury related assumptions for budget and LRPProduce internal reports for debt activity, and schedules for annual compliancePerform ad hoc analysis as needed for various treasury projects and initiativesOversee company's foreign exchange risk management program and policiesAssist with treasury operations as neededDevelop and maintain policies and proceduresManage one senior treasury analystDevelop and maintain working capital and free cash flow forecastQualifications

6 or more years of experience in corporate treasury; FP&A experience is plusDebt capital markets experience across multiple deals on corporate / bank side is plusBS/BA degree in finance or related areaMasters in Finance/Business preferredCFA preferredExperience with SOX controls and controls / risk mindsetExperience with leading capital market transactionsSolid financial modeling skillsMicrosoft PowerPoint skills to develop strong treasury decksSelf-starterStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Critical thinkingLocation

This role is based out of the Los Angeles office.

Compensation : The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $117,000 - $152,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
