Job Duties:
Promote and sell a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers in the Small and Medium (SMB) customer segment; inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices; create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Seek new business opportunities for the SMB customer segment in Latin America and Caribbean region by creating a value proposition strategy for the vendors and profitable business opportunity for the division. Target new SMB customers within Ingram Micro's vendor portfolio within the Latin America and Caribbean region. Provide internal guidance to different teams within the organization (such as sales, marketing, sales operations, finance, vendor management, customer service) to ensure alignment and execution of the strategic SMB plan. Lead the Latin America and Caribbean E-Commerce and cross border business project to ensure incremental business and profitability as part of the SMB initiative. Develop quarterly forecast and business plans aligned to the SMB strategies. Conduct quarterly markets reviews with internal teams to review current strategies, proposals for new go to market initiatives and regional customer mapping for the Latin America and the Caribbean region. Provide internal and external SMB customer from Latin America and the Caribbean resources, trainings and consults to enable vendor and reseller success. Ensure strong communication and collaboration with supporting departments to include marketing, operations, and sales. Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish required.
