Key Responsibilities

Define, manage, and execute the ESG product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's ESG goals and communicating priorities effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Prioritize and manage the ESG product backlog, consistently communicating updates and decisions in clear, non-technical language for business leaders and other stakeholders.Serve as the primary liaison for ESG product development, gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into actionable tasks for technical teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations, to deliver ESG solutions and initiatives.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ESG impact, presenting findings in reports and dashboards that resonate with non-technical and technical audiences alike.Conduct ongoing market research and analysis on ESG trends and innovations, sharing insights with senior management to inform strategic decision-making.Actively promote ESG practices within the organization, fostering a culture of sustainability and governance.Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree

in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.3+ years

of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with a focus on ESG, sustainability, or governance.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively, including senior leadership.Proven knowledge of ESG principles, regulatory frameworks, and best practices within the industry.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to tailor reporting and presentations for a diverse audience.Certification in Product Ownership or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe) is a plus.Preferred Skills

Experience with data analytics and ESG reporting tools, with the ability to distill data insights into clear, non-technical language.Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and best practices for stakeholder communication.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment on ESG goals.
