37144Role Purpose StatementThis position – ESG Delivery Manager will be working within BBS and will engage with the Business teams globally to enable the ESG Disclosure and CSRD reporting for Bunge. The incumbent is expected to understand various ESG standards and frameworks, define sustainability KPIs, understand business requirements & processes, and drive the ESG Program on a global scale through an ESG Governance structure.Main AccountabilitiesAct as Functional and Subject Matter Expert in the practice area of Sustainability, ESG, International Disclosure frameworks, and Sustainability Standards e.g., ESRS.Conduct Climate Risk and opportunity assessments, including Environmental impact assessments.Utilize a Technology background for using ESG Disclosure tools and understanding IT systems.Create Action plans along with ESG KPI owners and drive data capture to report readiness.Review and drive ESG Program action plan implementation.Conduct KPI level Data quality and governance checks and validation.Design KPI level Data templates for data capture from data sources to reporting across various frameworks and Disclosures.Continuously scan the Global ESG regulatory and voluntary disclosure landscape applicable to Bunge.Support the Environment team in Data Management and KPI reporting.Drive responses and end-to-end program deliverables for various ESG frameworks.Facilitate ESG Data assurance.Drive capacity building workshops.Knowledge and SkillsBehaviorUse knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent, and coach others to grow in current or future roles.Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.TechnicalUnderstanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), Sustainability, and ESG Frameworks.Ability to work in cross-functional teams.Ability to drive discussions with all levels of management and establish clarity on requirements and deliverables.Identify and communicate risks in a timely manner and develop mitigation plans.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to make complex and detailed information clear and actionable.Effective articulation of varied information in a relatable manner to business audiences.Strong collaboration skills and integrity to hold self and others accountable to deliver against commitments.Detailed knowledge and experience in Sustainability Reporting and ESG Program implementation.Experience or Professional Certifications in CSRD/GRI/SASB/TCFD/CDP/Ecovadis/DJSI.Relevant experience of 14 to 17 years.Masters in ESG/Sustainability or equivalent from a premier institute/university.Education & ExperienceDesired Education Qualification – Engineering and MBA with 14 to 17 years of experience.Knowledge of Sustainability and ESG frameworks.Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
