This job is responsible for the procurement contracts and strategy related to all Indirect spending categories for all Business Units of Babcock Power Inc. These include all overhead/indirect products. This position will issue Requests for Quotation, evaluate Supplier bids, negotiate final price and Terms & Conditions, conduct analysis of current market price levels and delivery trends and establish local or national agreements to support the multiple facilities across the United States.
Essential Responsibilities:Manage procurement contracts and strategy for all indirect spending categories across BPI business units.Oversee categories such as Capex support, Corporate Travel, safety contracts, IT equipment, industrial consumables, office supplies, facilities management, and professional services.Work closely with business units to ensure supplier performance, program compliance, and achieve cost savings.Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, IT) for corporate contract negotiations.Regularly update stakeholders on procurement strategies, performance, and results.Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Four (4) year bachelor's degree is required or equivalent work experience.Two (2) years of Indirect Purchasing experience in multiple facility structures. Engineering or Technical background is a plus.CPM Certification or equivalent is a plus.
